2. Products
Practical Redneck™ sells apparel, accessories, printed goods, and related merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, mockups, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, actual product colors and print appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment fabric, lighting, production methods, and normal manufacturing variations.
We reserve the right to update, change, discontinue, or limit products at any time without notice.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information submitted is accurate and complete, including your name, billing information, shipping address, email address, product selection, size, color, and quantity.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment. Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to change the size, color, quantity, shipping address, or other order details, especially if production has already started.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain incorrect information, or involve pricing or product listing errors.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time.
If a payment is declined, disputed, reversed, flagged as fraudulent, or cannot be verified, your order may be delayed or canceled.
5. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax may be charged based on your shipping location and current tax requirements.
6. Production & Fulfillment
Many Practical Redneck™ products may be produced, printed, or fulfilled after your order is placed.
Production and fulfillment times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to product availability, order volume, equipment issues, supplier delays, holidays, shipping carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated production times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
7. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Once an order has been shipped, carrier delays are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs issues, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Because many products are printed, produced, or fulfilled specifically for each order, returns and exchanges may be limited.
We may accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds for eligible items if:
The wrong item was received
The item arrived damaged
There was a production defect
The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Incorrect color ordered by the customer
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Minor color variation between screen images and physical products
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

9. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos or additional information to review the issue. If we determine that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
10. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if production or fulfillment has not started.
Once an order has entered production, printing, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.
